-Thank you for purchasing from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return item(s) within 14 days of receipt. To return or exchange buyer must pay for return/exchange shipping cost incurred.
-All shoes must be returned in the box they came in. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. ShoeFad is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
-Once the return is received and inspected by our shipping warehouse a refund will be issued within 24-48 business hours to the same form of original payment. All returns shipping and handling is non-refundable.
-Any order that was shipped and then cancelled or refused is subject to a return shipping deduction from refund.
-Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel your order we can set up a return or exchange within 14 days upon receipt.
Return Policy for Defective Items
-If your item appears to be defective please take a picture and email to our customer service. We will begin to assess if it is manufacture, shipping or missed by our QC department. Case-by-case we will determine if truly defective or it’s from wear and tear. If shoe is truly defective we can send you a new pair or we will refund money based on customer request.
-Our handling time is of two days max, shipping is either standard or expedited. Please note the signature required service is optional but recommended if you do not want the item delivered and left at front door or at your domicile and rather receive it personally for safety or personal reasons. We are not liable for packages that have been delivered and unfortunately stolen from domicile. Exclusions apply.
